Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Cherry Hill is looking for an experienced esthetician to add to our staff as a Lead Esthetician and Esthetics Trainer for our busy spa. More specifically, our esthetician:
Follows our results driven protocols to provide the best facials in the spa industry
Demonstrates the expert skills necessary for performing facials, microdermabrasion, peels, LED Phototherapy and waxing services
Educates the guest on the benefits of the service performed and is a retail rock star!
Prepares each and every treatment as prescribed by our treatment protocols.
Makes each guest feel special and provides a unique experience each and every time
Has a valid NJ Skin Care License
Our Lead Esthetician and Esthetics Trainer:
This position is a full time role expected to work 30 – 35 hours weekly at the spa including one weekend day a week and an evening shift.
Overseeing and managing the Esthetics Department
Responsible for achieving all Esthetics and Retail Sales Goals as outlined by the Spa
Train, monitor and coach performance of Estheticians and Sales Associates on Esthetics business and sales specifics. This training may be conducted during prescheduled time between appointments; however, some of the training may need to be scheduled outside of the normal work schedule.
Responsible for monitoring professional and retail product inventory and supply usage
Providing excellent service to members and guests by performing top level services
Participating in offered training programs, conferences and other opportunities for professional growth
Assist in planning spa events inside and outside of the spa
Meet monthly with the Spa Manager and/or Owner
Meet biweekly with the Esthetics staff
Monthly email correspondence to the esthetics team to review prior month’s performance highlights and action plan for the month ahead.
Quarterly Licensed Esthetician evaluations
