Qualifications and Requirements:

• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Sell Memberships, Gift Cards & Upgrades, Answer phones, book appointments
• Answer phones, book appointments, follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive, outgoing, energetic attitude
• Team player
• Computer proficiency, POS system a plus
• Perform various other duties as assigned
